By using Upahar Samaj, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Upahar Samaj is

Upahar Samaj connects people giving things away with people who want them. We don't own, inspect, deliver or guarantee any item, and we aren't part of any arrangement between members.

Free means free

Everything listed must be completely free. You can't ask for money, deposits, delivery charges or anything in exchange. Prices and payment requests are removed, and accounts that use them may be closed.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Upahar Samaj. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your Google account secure.

Your listings

• Only list things you own and are allowed to give away.
• Describe items honestly, and use real photos of them.
• Follow our community rules, which list what can't be given away.
• You keep ownership of your photos and text, and you let us show them on Upahar Samaj.

Moderation

We may review, hide or remove listings, and we may limit or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. New and edited listings may wait for review before they appear.

Meeting other people

You decide who you meet, and you do so at your own risk. Please follow our safety tips. Items are given as they are, and Upahar Samaj isn't responsible for their condition or safety.

Limits on our responsibility

Upahar Samaj is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from items, meetings or arrangements between members.

Changes and law

We may update these terms, and we'll change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. See also our Privacy Policy.
