Safety comes first
Giving and collecting should feel good. A few simple habits keep everyone safe.
Never pay anything
Not a deposit, a delivery charge or a “holding” fee. Everything here is free, so anyone asking for money is a scammer.
Meet in a public place
Choose a busy spot in daylight, such as a shop, a chowk or a cafe. For large items, have someone with you.
Keep personal details private
Don't share your citizenship number, bank details, one-time codes or home address in a message.
Check the giver's profile
Look for verification badges and completed giveaways. A new account isn't bad, but take a little more care.
Community rules
Listings must be real, honest and free. These can't be listed:
- Medicines, alcohol, tobacco or drugs

See something wrong?
